At Kingdom+Country, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces don't fit or feel quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
